Capstone: Full Ticket Triage Workflow

This mission validates that your complete AI Hub setup works end-to-end.

Checklist

• [ ] Academy Training Provider is active
• [ ] Academy Training Model is active
• [ ] Input Normalizer agent is active with contracts
• [ ] Ticket Classifier agent is active with contracts
• [ ] Ticket Triage Pipeline is active with 2 steps
• [ ] At least one SupportTicket exists in Support Demo
• [ ] Triage action has been run on the ticket
• [ ] Ticket shows a successful AI session

Steps

1. Go to Support Demo → Tickets
2. Create a ticket (or use the seeded demo tickets)
3. Select it and run Run AI triage
4. Verify the session completed with success
5. Click Check Mission
